Age-Friendly Fencing
Fencing is a perfect sport for folks fifty and up (“veterans,” in fencing lingo), adaptable to a wide range of fitness and mobility, and fostering both mental and physical fitness. Whether you tried fencing back in college or have always secretly wanted to “buckle swash,” join RFA Coach Badger Merritt for this eight week introduction to modern sport fencing—move a bit, make some new friends, and find out whether fencing is a good fit for you.
