Rockville Fencing Academy welcomes you to our site.

We are currently open six days a week (link to hours) for a mixture of open (pickup) fencing and classes.

The schedule and online registration is now available for Rockville Fencing Academy's  Spring '12  Beginning courses.  If you are curious about what a fencing class entails, feel free to come and observe one of our classes.  You can use our Google Calendar to see our current beginning class schedule.

Fencing offers lifelong opportunities that are not available with most other activities. RFA fencers dramatically highlighted this in the first two weekends of May '11 by medaling in competitions that covered three different age ranges. Starting with the youngest -- JD won a youth 12 &; under foil competition hosted at RFA. In the regular Adult age range, Don medaled at the Mid Atlantic Sectionals (a regional event for adult level fencers). In a Vet. Combined (for fencers over 40) event Levente, Olivier & Steve medaled in foil while Garik &; Keith medaled in Saber. So whether you are interested in fencing for fun and exercise or you wish to compete in age categories anywhere from under 10 to over 70 years old, Fencing & RFA can meet your needs.
