To expose people to the olympic sport of fencing
This is the level after Beginning Fencing.
Intermediate students will develop new skills to
foster a better sense of strategy and fencing
distance. This is where students develop the skills
needed to move to competitive fencing or decide
to remain recreational.
Rockville Fencing Academy's Intermediate Classes operate on a rolling admissions basis. The classes don't have fixed sessions; they meet year round. Join when you wish & stay as long as you like.
XS: 7-9 Year olds
Thursdays 6:15 pm
Saturdays 11:00 am
Thursdays 7:25pm 10 - 13 year olds
Saturdays 12:30pm 10 - 13 year olds
Sundays 2:30PM 9 - 14 year olds
Adult (14 - Adult)
This class prepares fencers to compete. It is more
physical and assumes that the basic moves are
already natural. More advanced tactical moves are
the emphasis of this class.

Youth -- Fridays 7:00pm -- Electric
Teenage -- Mondays 7:00pm -- 8:30pm -- Electric
Adult -- Saturays 10:00 am -- Dry, Precompetitive
Adult -- Saturays 3:30pm -- Electric Competitive
