Waiver Form.
Before a fencer is allowed to participate at the Rockville Fencing Academy, there must be a signed waiver form on file.
You may fill it out when you come for the first class or you may bring the signed waiver to the first class or mail / fax it in earlier. Links to the waiver are to the left.
